My goal is to provide a personalized, focused, evidence-based approach to therapy.

Much of my approach comes from seeing how often therapy feels supportive in the moment, but doesn’t always lead to lasting change. People feel heard, gain insight, and yet leave without clear tools or direction for what comes next.
I built my practice around a different idea. Therapy should be both compassionate and challenging. It should help you understand yourself more clearly, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and make tangible progress over time. My role isn’t just to listen, but to actively help you move forward.
I believe mental health care should be practical, intentional, and grounded in real life. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to take your mental health seriously. My goal is to offer therapy that is focused, effective, and built to create meaningful change.
Good therapy helps you feel better and get better. I pair empathy with structure so you leave with insight and tools you can use.

I take the time to understand your experience, while also providing clear direction. Support matters, but real change comes from having a plan and working it intentionally.

Understanding patterns is only the beginning. Therapy focuses on applying what you learn so progress shows up in daily life, not just in session.

I work collaboratively and directly. Therapy is not about being talked at or evaluated, but about working together toward meaningful change.
