Overview
In response to the rising violence against women in Iran, OtherKind partnered with [Company Name] to create a supportive program for Persian employees affected by the crisis. The initiative aimed to provide a safe space for employees to process their emotions, offer resources for mental health support, and foster a sense of solidarity and resilience within the workplace.
The primary objective was to support Persian employees by acknowledging the emotional toll of the violence and providing mental health resources and community support.
